Travelin’ The Tracks May 4, 2015
This weekend was beautiful! The weather really made everything so much better. I somehow even motivated myself to go running in the park, it was great. I never really considered myself a runner, but I am trying to “train” myself to be one now. I love the feeling of running outside, I can’t really stay on task when I have to do my cardio at the gym, I just can’t focus.
Running outside allows you to stop and look around a bit, get to enjoy the weather too. It’s definitely something I recommend, even if you don’t think you can do it- start small and work your way up! Today is another busy day filled with errands and running around. I hope you guys had a great weekend, and I can’t wait to enjoy this gorgeous day!
