What a long weekend it has been! I’m officially exhausted, and I am not feeling this Monday AT ALL. We had an action packed weekend running around pretty much everywhere, and I must say, it feels good to be home. Every weekend for the next month is going to be a busy one, I have 2 weddings coming up, and a trip to Minnesota in two weeks (for another wedding). It’s all exhausting, but fun at the same time, so I can’t really complain. I’m really looking forward to my two trips the most, but being on a plane is not really one of my top 10 things to do. At least the one time I won’t be traveling alone, but it’s still nerve racking for me. Knowing once I get off the plane I will see people I love is enough motivation to go, but I still get pretty nervous for take offs and landing. 😐
In other news NJ is a big rainy sweat box. It’s either raining or miserable outside, and wearing a dress is the only sanity I have to get through the long days. I am loving polka dots right now, and simple necklaces that don’t “over-do” the outfit. You can find the one I’m wearing here, and some other awesome necklaces at Gems TV.
On another note you’re probably wondering how my hair tips are purple in some of these pictures. I just got my shipment of hair chalk and I couldn’t wait to use it! After putting it in my hair for a test run yesterday I decided I will be doing some sort of tutorial with it and sharing it with everyone who is curious or has never used it before. You’ll be amazed at the results, and it’s pretty cool to mix colors together.
Hope you guys have a good Monday, and if you woke up groggy like me, COFFEE is on the agenda!
Darling! I love the way the purple hair chalk looks. It's nice having it as an accent.-BeccaLadyface Blog
Loving this sweet dress on you, and the purple looks great! I've always been intrigued by the hair chalk thing (and whether or not it works on dark hair), so I'm looking forward to this tutorial!! :)xox Sammiwww.thesoubrettebrunette.blogspot.com
