Hi sweet friends! I hope you’re all having a great week so far. I have been wanting to write this post for so long, it’s been something that’s been asked for for months now! A question I get asked weekly is about my skincare routine/facial treatments so I figured it was a good time to do a post highlighting all of this information. All of the products I use are products that I have personally purchased-these items are not sponsored in any way. Last week I posted about keeping my skin clearer using the clarisonic and I also provided some tips on how to keep your face looking clearer every day by following some simple tips.
Tatcha Water Cream– This cream is my holy grail moisturizer! Although I usually use La Mer cream in the winter (my skin is insanely dry in the winter months) this has been my new favorite for the spring and summer. It’s so lightweight- and literally blends right into the skin so fluidly. I purchased this tatcha best sellers kit around the time that Sephora had their sale and that’s how I figured out that I loved their products so much. If you’re on the fence I highly recommend trying the trial sizes first!
La Mer The Concentrate– I can’t say enough about this product. Let me start off by saying that I really was on the fence about spending this much money on a skincare product. I read through so many reviews and was truly swayed by the fact that so many people loved it. I have the smaller version of this ($190) and a little bit goes a long way. I use this right before my moisturizer and it has helped with the rosiness in my cheeks, as well as the dryness that I experience overnight.
Tatcha Rice Enzyme Powder– This stuff is awesome- it comes as powder and is activated by water. It really helps as a natural exfoliation for your skin, and has papaya and rice in it!
Tatcha Cleansing Oil- This is a makeup remover and cleanser all in one! I love how great it is at making your skin feel silky smooth. It leaves your skin feeling really balanced and nourished- especially before bed!
T.L.C Sukari Babyfacial– This stuff is AMAZING at helping with fine lines and wrinkles. It also really helped with the texture of my skin.
Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask– This mask is amazing at bringing back the hydration into your lips! If you feel like your lips always look dry or cracked- especially if you wear lipstick then this mask is for you. It’s great at keeping everything looking soft and supple.
ShiSeido Soothing Eye Mask– I use these eye masks at least once a week- and maybe even more when I am exhausted. They are great for reducing redness and dark circles.
Facials & Treatments:
I have tried many different treatements over the years but I must say the hydrafacial is my favorite. I tried the vampire facial, as well as a microdermabrasion and although some people swear by those, I thought they were a little on the pricier side and I couldn’t keep up with them as much. I like the hydrafacial because it makes your skin feel hydrated, and you also get to see all of the impurities that come out of your skin after the treatment! Kinda gross- but also very cool! I also swear by my clarisonic and I use it twice a day! Being consistent in your skincare is what is most important.
