The past few days have been rainy and dreary, although last night it definitely cleared up for a little while and the night made it a bit easier to deal with. Today I woke up with my phone blaring from an emergency alert flood warning the town sent out. Great way to wake up if you ask me. I spent a few more minutes cuddled under the blankets this morning because honestly as much as I say I hate this weather, it gives me a chance to climb into my little cave and pretend I have nothing to do.
Also gives me a chance to play some serious rainy tunes, and even bust out the record player. I could sit and listen to music all day long and never get bored. I always knew rainy days served a purpose, and as I get older I seem to understand it more. A chance to refresh your mind and reflect..Sometimes we all need days like that.

I definitely appreciate rainy days now more than I ever used to. It gives me an excuse to not do anything. Or stay in all day. Which is what needs to be done sometimes!Anyway, I really love your cute little bike earrings. Those red shoes look awesome with your striped skirt too!
