Healthy Living Recipes : Spinach Cilantro Pesto & Pasta Chips

March 24, 2014

Hey guys! Happy Monday! I haven’t shared a recipe in a while so I just wanted to pop in and share something I have been making a lot lately. I was introduced to pasta chips a few weeks ago, and since then I have been trying different healthy dips that I can use to eat my chips with. This spinach-cilantro pesto is by far my favorite. It’s healthy, you can make it in less than 15 minutes, and it’s great for entertaining and dinner parties too.

If you want to try pasta chips out, you can purchase them here. There are a few different flavors, Marinara and Garlic Olive Oil are my favorite! To save 20 % off anything on the site, use code LOVE2BLOG!

You’ll want to chop everything up before putting it in your mixer/nutribullet. Cut up the garlic, spinach, tomatoes and cilantro, then once that’s done add your olive oil and blend.Super easy and so tasty, enjoy!

I was sent some samples to try out from the makers of Pasta Chips.
The recipe and thoughts are my own. Thank you for supporting companies that support Little Tree.
