Hey guys! Happy Monday! Today I am excited to share a recipe with you guys. It’s a quick drink with a boost of energy, and also a burst of protein. This is perfect to drink in the morning, as it provides the same caffeine as a cup of coffee, but also has the banana and whey in it, which is great as a pre workout.
This recipe is pretty easy, basically you just mix everything together (and ice too if you want it super cold) in a blender, I used my magic bullet and it works just the same. If you
want a little more consistency, add some instant oats to the mixture,
and it will be thicker!
