What you do first:
Scoop out your avocados and put it inside a big bowl.
Cut up your tomato, cilantro, and open up the can of beans.
Put everything together in a medium bowl, and squeeze the juice of one lime, also salt and pepper to taste.
Scoop back into your avocado shells and put them out for your guests, or for a snack later! Perfect with chips!
This recipe is super easy, and fun to make! I really love Mexican inspired foods, and salsas and dips are my favorite. Unfortunately I am allergic to avocado so I can’t eat this particular salad, but I made it for my family, and they loved it! I used to be a huge avocado lover but sadly, I can only look at this dish! If you love avocado as much as I did, you’ll definitely love this one of a kind salad. Plus, it looks super cute in the avocado shell, and could be a great treat for a party!
