Happy Thursday everyone! As you know the time is near for baby girl to make her debut. I am pretty prepared as a second time mama, but of course since she is a girl- I am definitely learning different things as I go. Even though I have almost everything I need I am still buying some important things for her, like clothes, diapers and blankets. It’s SO fun to be able to shop for baby clothes. I always enjoyed doing it while I was pregnant with Niko as well. Jojo Maman Bebe invited me to shop in their Hoboken store and I was so thrilled to be able to see their store in person. They really gave us the royal treatment, and even had a VIP shopping experience and bra fitting in store while we were there.

The store itself is perfect for any expectant mama to be or someone looking for the perfect gift. The boutique set up is beautiful and the girls that work there were so pleasant. Not only did we find everything we needed but I also had the opportunity to do a bra fitting- which was LIFE CHANGING. If I can share any kind of suggestion to a new mama to be is that you should 100 % get a bra fitting when pregnant, you are not the size you think you are and finding the right bra that fits makes everything so much more comfortable. I ended up getting a Bravado nursing bra and it is one of the best purchases I have made while pregnant.

While shopping I wore this gorgeous dress and actually got to see in the store window as well, which was pretty cool.  Some of the items they offer in store are maternity clothing, baby and kids clothing (up to 6 yrs), gifts and toys, and other accessories a busy mama might need. As a new mom it’s so important to be able to shop everything in one place. I love that I was able to pick up things for the baby, but also for Niko and myself.  I could’ve spent hours in the store browsing through all of the beautiful outfits. Everything is high quality and gives off that unique boutique vibe that you only get in specialized stores- they have items you won’t see anywhere else! I scooped up some beautiful onesies for baby girl and I fell in love with the hand stitching and detailing on these pieces. This llama onesie (photographed above) and this little elephant footie made it into our shopping bag too and will definitely be pieces I pack into our hospital bag.
