A Mom Always On The Go February 28, 2019
Thank you to the makers of 5-hour™ TEA shots for sponsoring this post.
Every day I get people asking me how I find the energy or time to wear all of the hats that I wear. I work full time, I blog full time, I have a young baby, and throw in all of the household chores and responsibilities, along with a full social and family schedule and life tends to get a little hectic. My key to being most productive is to focus on the time that you DO have and make that time count. This mantra has been working for me and has definitely come in handy, especially now with my schedule completely revolving around Niko’s naps/eating routines.
Becoming a mother definitely puts everything into perspective, especially with the sudden change in responsibilities and timing. I find that when I am most organized, I get almost everything I need done – and that is truly a win-win for me.
Staying on task can be hard when there are only so many hours in the day, but for me – caffeine is key. During pregnancy I really had an aversion to the taste of coffee. Since then green tea has been my caffeine of choice. Since my sleep is lacking – I really have been sluggish and in need of a pick me up during the day. 5-hour™ TEA energy shots have been such a lifesaver for me. The caffeine in 5-hour™ TEA shots comes from green tea leaves which help me feel alert and energized. It really helps me get through the day, helping me get everything done around the house and run all of our errands.
From the grocery store, to the gym, and everything in between, I really have so much ground to cover in one day- especially on my days off. Being able to drink something that tastes great (comes in 3 flavors Peach Tea, Lemonade Tea, and Raspberry Tea), and comes in such a small quantity but works wonders is amazing – I don’t even have to think twice about it. As an added bonus, each bottle contains zero sugar and four calories and is packed with vitamins and nutrients.
When I decided to try 5-hour™ TEA shots I really wanted to focus on something that was made with the same caffeine in the tea I drink daily. I love that it’s made with caffeine from green tea leaves and is an effective source of energy.
