With Winter just around the corner I wanted to round up some of my favorite products that help my dry skin survive and thrive. Not only products for dry skin, but products that just make you feel good all around and fight the seasonal sadness we all get when it gets darker earlier, and the days just seem dreary!
This lip mask has been my go-to! I not only wear it at night but during the day as well- it smells amazing and looks just like lip gloss. It makes my lips buttery soft and not cracked on the edges. I also love this trio of their moisturizers.
I purchased these two Summer Friday masks and I am obsessed. Jet Lag Mask & Overtime Mask are the perfect reset to your damaged and dried skin. I alternate these and use them once/twice a week depending on how my skin is feeling. I love how hydrating they are and my skin glows after using them.
This was definitely the year of the self tanning drops! I have used both of these products and love them. Isle Of Paradise Drops & Tan Luxe Drops. Just a few drops in your moisturizer and you will have a subtle yet gorgeous glow the next day. The process is very easy and fool proof- you won’t get any streaks! I sometimes even use the moisturizer on my neck to extend the tan even more. This is nice when you’re looking for that last minute glow.
If you have been a follower for a while you’ll know that I love a good self tan at home. This mousse is my favorite and I use it a few times a month. Make sure you use this mitt along with the mousse in order to get the best results. I use the two hour express in the color Dark and the color is exactly what I need to feel my best, especially for a special event or party.
This cream is one of my holy grail products. Any time anyone asks me about my moisturizers I suggest this one because it has made such a huge difference in my skin. I tend to get very dry and red , especially during the winter and this is the only product that I have found that keeps my skin moisturized all day and night. I apply in the morning before my makeup routine and after I take my makeup off at night.
