Happy Monday everyone! I am so excited to be partnering with Weight Watchers today to talk about healthy snacking choices. As you saw last week, I talked about my health journey, and today I want to talk more about making healthy choices in your every day lives.
If you’re like me- you’re hungry 24-7. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, as long as you make sure that the choices you are making- are good ones! I like to plan all my meals & snacks for the week, so being prepared is a huge step in making the right choices. Having healthy snack options that taste amazing, is very important to me. I swap out the unhealthy options by just keeping these delicious Weight Watchers snacks in my kitchen, and the rest- is HISTORY. I have always been a huge popcorn fan, so I make this popcorn in advance, and bring it along as a snack for my day. It’s the perfect amount of boost that I need to feel energized. I shopped for my goodies at Stop and Shop, it’s close to home, and convenient. You can also find these snacks at Giant Food Stores and Martin’s Food Markets.
As for the chocolate, we all need a little fix sometimes. These delicious dark chocolate raspberry Ice cream bars are perfect, and only 60 calories (seriously-can you believe it?!)
